Corporate Communications / Interactive Public Relations Specialist

The Corporate Communications department is responsible for Zunch and Zunch client's communications externally with key publics (news media, customers, consumers, opinion leaders, and weblogs, and community groups).

The Corporate Communications Specialist / Interactive Public Relations Specialist position is primarily responsible for internal and external communication activities for Zunch and Zunch clients. Working with the sales and marketing teams, this individual will create, implement and measure an interactive external communication plan to align with corporate business objectives, client business objective, and ensure integration of messaging of Interactive Public Relations. He or she will work to enhance the Zunch image as well as the image of Zunch clients through Interactive Public Relations.

To be considered for this opening the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of documented experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably Interactive Public Relations work. A portfolio is required.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to deliver effective presentations and written materials. This individual will discuss detailed information with external and internal parties in an effort to influence and gain approval of ideas, proposals, and solutions. The Corporate Communications Specialist must possess strong business knowledge and develop a general understanding of interactive marketing. This individual will have a specialized understanding of the client business and the techniques and principles unique to an area in order to ensure completion of Interactive Public Relations plan. Finally, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and assist in making recommendations on the strategic direction of the department and implement action plans.

A college degree is preferred with emphasis in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English or Communications.

Business Development Specialist

The successful applicant will perform business development activities for SEO, SEM, application and web development. Duties will include identification, qualification, and capturing activities associated with developing new business. Individual will have business development objectives associated and consistent with building web and application solutions, and be able to demonstrate experience in bringing multiple technologies together to meet customer needs. Individual will identify opportunities and develop and execute a marketing strategy and participate in and/or lead proposal activities. Individual will be accountable for new business results, developing and maintaining client/potential client and industry partner relationships, and identifying and pursuing multiple marketing opportunities.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in Internet sales or advertising. Candidates must be passionate about the benefits of technology, especially the Internet, and have a driving passion to help bring consumers everything they need from the Web to realize their potential. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have the ability to multi-task. Some travel may be required.

Interactive Marketing Account Services Intern

Zünch Communications, one of the fastest growing interactive marketing firms in the United States, has an opening for an internship in its Dallas, Texas office. Zünch is looking for bright, energetic individuals with a passion for the Internet, account services management, and a can-do attitude. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Assists the Director of Search Engine Optimization/Account Service with all duties. Should have strong written language skills and advanced problem solving abilities. Has direct client contact at the discretion of the Director of Search Engine Optimization/Account Services. Will oversee project management for specified clients. Including assigning tasks to the SEO team, making sure deliverables generated by the SEO team are executed correctly, edited to be client friendly, and sent on deadlines. Explaining deliverables and SEO strategy to clients. Communicating issues and questions to the SEO team and following through with client requests.

Required skills: Strong customer service skills. Organization and planning. Creative/business writing. Marketing strategy and analysis.

Preferred but not required: Basic knowledge of SEO theory. Basic working knowledge of html/web design. Interactive Marketing experience.
