Zunch Promotions Among Management

Dallas, TX. (May 11, 2005) – The Chairman & CEO of Zunch Communications, Inc., John Sanchez, announced promotions within the organization today. Giovanni Gallucci, formerly the company’s Chief Operating Officer, will now assume the dual roles of President & COO. Also promoted is Anthony Zapata, who moves from Business Development Specialist to Director of Business Development.

“Giovanni’s activities and day-to-day duties within the company aren’t going to change much,” said Sanchez, “He’s been managing a good portion of the operation already and his promotion is more an acknowledgement of that fact.”

Gallucci’s responsibilities include building profitable growth, defining processes, building corporate culture and reducing day-to-day operations requirements while improving operational efficiency across the organization. As a member of the executive management team, he is involved in planning and long-term strategic growth of the company.

“I think that job description simply means ‘Gio’s got a lot of responsibility on his shoulders,’” said Sanchez, “But he is more than up to the task and I congratulate him on his new position.”

Of Zapata, Sanchez said, “Anthony is incredible at new business development, plain and simple. He believes in Zunch and he conveys that belief to his clients. It is our hope that Anthony can impart some of his skills and conviction to others in the Business Development unit, and so we created this position for him.”

The promotions position Zunch for further expansion in the coming months.
