Zunch Brings New CFO to Team
Dallas Firm Continues to Build in Post-Bubble Tech Field

Dallas, TX. (November 18, 2004) - Zunch Communications, Inc. of Dallas has added a new member to its Executive Management Team with the recent acquisition of Alan Buehler, who assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer for the web services firm. A freshly created position within the company, the new CFO welcomes the challenge of defining the role of Financial Officer at Zunch. Buehler's corporate financial experience began with Ernst & Young in 1990, where he worked in both the Dallas office and the National Tax Office in Washington, DC.

A longtime Dallas resident, Buehler earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. A specialist in the financial and managerial sides of the technology and information industries, Buehler will also be performing other necessary functions at Zunch that will call heavily on his administrative skills.

"In addition to being our new CFO, Alan will also be our new head of Human Resources," said John Sanchez, President and CEO of Zunch, "And not a moment too soon. We've reached a point in our growth where I'm going to have to hang up a few of the hats I've been wearing. Alan's experience is second to none and we're honored to have him here. We're managing our growth at Zunch. Alan saw first-hand the bursting of the technology bubble and it will be part of his job to carefully ramp up our growth."

Stressing his company's relaxed culture and lack of "corporate red tape," Sanchez insists that Buehler's arrival doesn't signify a change in the Zunch corporate culture.

"We won't be wearing ties anytime soon," said Sanchez, "We're growing, and Alan's appointment is a testament to that fact, but we will never stop blazing our own trail."

His extensive experience in corporate finance was most recently evident at Ceterus Networks, a venture capital funded telecommunications equipment developer and manufacturer. Buehler was one of the founding employees of Ceterus and served as Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Controller. Prior to that, Buehler distinguished himself at Iris Labs, Cyrix Corporation and Dallas Semiconductor. Buehler is enjoying the neckwear-free environment of Zunch and hopes to sharpen his Foosball skills.
